“It is the third time I have the pleasure of being Patron of the Danish Film Festival in Los Angeles. I’ve been part of it since it’s beginning in 2006 and I’m impressed that the organizers in such a short time have succeeded in creating so much awareness in Hollywood about Danish film, that the festival in it’s 3rd year only has managed to create a partnership with the prestigious, International AFI FEST in Hollywood. That is really fantastic for Danish cinema!

Joachim Holger Waldemar Christian, Prince of Denmark, Count of Monpezat, was born on 7 June 1969. His Royal Highness Prince Joachim is the son of HM Queen Margrethe II and HRH Prince Henrik of Denmark.
